MC College has created the Rural Manitoba Scholarship to support students applying for Full Time Programs.
Rural students face additional costs when entering post-secondary education. This scholarship is designed to offset some of these additional costs by providing a tuition credit. Students living in any Town, Village or Hamlet in Manitoba are eligible to receive a $1000 Tuition Scholarship. This Scholarship may be used for programs at our Winnipeg campus only!
Objectives
- To assist rural Manitobans in their endeavor to enter a career in the Salon or Spa industry.
Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must:
- Currently live in a Town, Village or Hamlet in Manitoba
- Apply and be accepted for a Full time Diploma program at the MC College Winnipeg campus
Terms
- Cannot be combined with other MC College Scholarships
- The $1000 Tuition Scholarship can only be used towards the Full Time Hairstyling, Esthetics or Fashion Design Diploma program.
- No cash value, tuition credit only
